Example site

Power is reachable here, but the queue governs the timeline. This site sits in ERCOT's Houston Load Zone with connectivity to 11 target POIs (4 phase-capable) and 84 transmission lines ≥138 kV within 25 miles, but faces a major headwind: 13,841 MW of interconnection queue across 21 POIs creates acute competition for limited offtake capacity. Time-to-power is estimated at 30-48 months at LINNVILLE 138 kV (308 MW offtake), and the adjusted zonal LMP averages $36.7/MWh. The critical watch-item is queue-clearing velocity under five planned 345 kV+ transmission upgrades tracked by ERCOT's Transmission Project Information Tracking (TPIT); those upgrades will drive POI headroom release.
