Run data center site screening in hours, not weeks.
What used to cost developers, landowners, and brokers weeks and thousands (interconnection, capacity, queue, pricing, time to power) now comes back the same day.
Any site in the USA. Free with a work email.

We run the analysis
Your topic's criteria, run on our datasets and public records: a verdict and a headline number for each. Every figure sourced.
03
You get a shareable report
A web report with a verdict per criterion and a narrative summary, on its own link. Send it to your team, a broker, or your IC. Precomputed, so it comes back fast.
Security & privacy
Private and secure by default
It's free, but your data isn't the product. The sites you check stay yours.
We never train on your data
Your sites, uploads, and searches are never used to train AI models. Not ours, not anyone's.
Private to you
Reports live in your account, visible only to you and the teammates you invite. Never shared, never sold.
Discreet by design
No one sees which sites you're evaluating. Not other users, not landowners, not competitors.
Encrypted end to end
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on infrastructure built for sensitive site data.
SOC 2 Type I compliant
Report available on request. Least-privilege internal access, logged.
Yours to delete
Remove any report, or your whole account, anytime. Your data leaves when you do.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the free report?
A sourced diligence report on any site in the continental USA. Drop a pin, an address, or a KMZ and pick a topic. Power analyzes the site across eight grid criteria: grid context, nearby substations and their spare capacity, the interconnection queue, historical power pricing, time-to-power, nearby generation, transmission lines, and planned grid upgrades. Behind the Meter covers on-site generation across seven criteria: gas supply headroom and cost, nearby behind-the-meter projects, air attainment, permittable capacity, compliance, and emerging generation projects. Each criterion gets its own verdict and a sourced headline number, wrapped in a narrative summary, on a shareable link. Free with a work email.
What do I need to run one?
A work email and a location: type an address, paste a lat-long, or drop a KMZ (up to 10 MB, 20 records, 25,000 acres). No parcel IDs, no credit card, no sales call. Sign up and your report starts building.
What does "agent-first" mean?
Geoforge is an AI agent, not a form on top of a database. The agent does the work a consultant would — pulls the grid data, runs the calculations, weighs the evidence, writes the narrative — end to end, the same way on every site. That's why a study that used to take weeks and thousands of dollars now comes back the same day, for free. You still make the call; the agent does the legwork.
An AI wrote my report. Why should I trust it?
Because the agent doesn't improvise: it computes. Every number in a report comes from code the agent writes and executes against our data: the same tested calculations, run fresh on your site, not text a model made up. Every measurement is pinned to a single coordinate system, so figures can't contradict each other from one page to the next. A Power report works only from our curated grid dataset, with no open-ended web search, so there's nowhere for invented facts to creep in. A Behind the Meter report also reads public records, such as EPA air-quality designations and state permitting rules, and cites each one. Every figure carries its source. Check us.
Where does the data come from?
Power reports run on Geoforge's own nationwide grid dataset: 21,000+ points of interconnection across the lower 48, modeled on ISO and RTO base-case grids (the same grids the operators themselves use), with capacity by year (2026-2033) and by scenario, in both directions (injection and offtake). On top of that sit interconnection-queue records from every ISO and RTO, federal generator data, and market records like ERCOT historical pricing. Behind the Meter reports add licensed behind-the-meter and data center project inventories, natural gas delivery points and capacity, EIA fuel prices, EPA air-quality designations, state and federal permitting rules, and public project announcements. Every figure in your report links back to where it came from.
How accurate is it?
Grid capacity and interconnection feasibility are modeled following ISO and RTO procedures, using ATC and offtake methodology rather than a heuristic. Every figure is sourced so you can verify it yourself, and there's no blended "site score" to hide behind: each criterion gets its own verdict, so you see exactly where a site is strong and where it fails. A report is a screening read, built to tell you which sites are worth your time. When you're ready to commit capital, we run engineering-grade power-flow studies on the enterprise side.
How fast is it?
Same day — usually within a few hours, often faster. The heavy grid modeling is precomputed; the agent assembles and checks your site's read on demand. The consultant version of this analysis takes weeks.
What's free, and what's enterprise?
Free gets you a full report in the topic you pick, every criterion sourced and shareable, on any site in the USA, private to your account. Enterprise adds every topic on one site as they ship, custom criteria for your own diligence playbook, team workspaces, API and agent access, and deeper paid work like a full power-flow study. Want that? . The chat on this page goes to a human.
What happens to my data?
Your sites, uploads, and searches are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone's. Reports are visible only to you and the teammates you invite; no one sees which sites you're evaluating. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can delete any report — or your whole account — at any time. SOC 2 Type I compliant. Report available on request.
Is there an API?
It's coming, as part of enterprise. The same analysis behind every report will be callable from your own stack — your CRM, your portfolio tools, even your own agents. If you want reports at pipeline scale, .
The new baseline
Power was the bottleneck. Now it's free, and it comes back the same day.
